Jenni Donohoo, co-author of The transformative Power of Collaborative Inquiry, spent a day with us discussing the conditions required for effective collaborative inquiry. She explained how a systematic approach of shared inquiry, problem solving and reflection can enable educators to discover new ways of working together to develop collective efficacy. She demonstrated how an inquiry approach could enable educators to identify sustainable practices to overcome challenges by sharing their collective wisdom within a strategic framework.
